English Homes Group is a Partnership which was set up by Mark McLeod, Robin Dean and Stephen Dean in 1994.
The Partnership owns properties in Thanet, Canterbury, Gillingham, Ashford, Maidstone, Tenterden and SE London.
Over the last 15 years the Partnership has built up a portfolio of student houses in Canterbury and Gillingham and set up the specialist student management company 'StudentPlaces.com'.
Student Places' office is in St Dunstans Street Canterbury, near Canterbury West railway station and is ideally located for students at both University of Kent and Christchurch Univesity to drop in and discuss their accommodation needs.
Student properties in Canterbury are usually marketed and booked in November - January for tenancies starting the following July. Occasionally, students may drop out of university which will lead to vacancies for individual rooms. Generally though, houses are let to a group of students on a single joint tenancy.
